3D CAD

Mechanical Design

We use the latest CAD systems for our design projects.

Stress finite element analysis (FEA)

We use Solidworks 3D engineering design software and we can perform stress/strain finite element analysis (FEA) simulation modelling on parts and assemblies. In addition to the FEA tools, where appropriate, we use traditional hand calculations to determine whether solutions are fit-for-purpose.

We provide photo-realistic renderings and animations for communicating product ideas prior to committing to manufacture.

Rapid Prototyping

This is a group of techniques used to quickly fabricate a scale model of a physical part or assembly using three-dimensional computer aided design (CAD) data. Construction of the part or assembly is usually done using 3D printing or "additive layer manufacturing" technology.
